• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No it is not. Yet we propose a rich continental Italian breakfast and it consists of espresso or cappuccino, coffee and milk, hot chocolate, green or black tea, fruit juices, yoghurts any type, cakes,freshly made bread, butter and jam ,honey, toasts, fruit.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Our guests can settle the bill whenever they like, either on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  One of the managers is a teacher of foreigh languages. We therefore speak English, French ,German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has just one floor. There is no lift. Rooms are bright, some overlook a nice garden, some the canal.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms with canopied beds, furnished in 18th century Venetian style, decorated with Venetian tapestries using the finest fabrics, and brocaded walls. They are very romantic, quiet and relaxing, with coffee and tea facilities inside, on the writing desk.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them overlook a private coutyard or a garden or a canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has its own satellite tv, with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every room there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and every guest can use it with a private remote control. It is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have one at the Reception area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but note that the public swimming pool is just 10 minute walk from us .
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we do not. But note that Piazzale Roma, where the main parking garages are located, are just 15 minutes by water bus from us
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma there are the Europcar Hertz companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Marco Polo airport, just 20 minutes by bus to Piazzale Roma Venice or 20 minutes to us by Alilaguna boat.
  The Alilaguna reaches the Fondamente Nuove in 20 minutes. We are just at a few minute walk from Fondamente Nuove
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It's Venezia Santa Lucia, just 10 minutes walk from our Locanda or 5 minutes by water bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is Santa Sofia, just 1 minute walk from us.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  It is Ca'D'Oro landing stop , just 1 minute walk from us,and no bridges to cross with the luggage!.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Private taxis can be taken at the canal near Santi Apostoli square ( Campo Santi Apostoli), 1 minute walk from us and no bridges to cross!
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but we have two rooms equipped with Jacuzzi showers in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, if of small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not inside, but there are very nice, inexpensive restaurants just few minutes walk from us.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have a wireless zone in the breakfast room and at the reception but not in the rooms at the moment. Some Internet points are just 5 minutes walk from us.
