A very good, clean and nicely decorated room. Our large family room was exactly as shown in the photos on the website. The local area was quiet and near two vaporetto stops. The Rialto bridge was 10 minutes walk away. No hidden extras or surprises. I recommend this hotel for families.

When we checked in, the gentleman at reception did not explain very much. He just took us to our room, gave us the keys and left. He did help carry the luggage up the stairs, which was nice.

We were slightly taken aback by the outside of the building and how to get to the room, but the room itself was very nicely done - clean and upgraded. We didn't realize the room was in a separate building from the main hotel, dining area and internet connections (and that it was under a different name). The web site did not clearly state the set-up.

The cost of everything in Venice was very high, so we realized that the room price was probably pretty good. We are from Canada and that would have been considered a lot of money to pay for a room.

The room looked like it had been recently renovated. It was a large room, new bathroom fixtures, quiet and private. We were very happy with the room.

Arriving there was a bit confusing. I had to go to another hotel to check in. When I called for directions they were rude! Other than that the hotel was very nice and extremeley clean! Great location, St. Mark's Square and the Rialto are just minutes away by walking. I would stay at this location again.
