• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is served in the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you cannot. Payment is accepted upon the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor without elevator, but we will take care of bringing your luggage upstairs/downstairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have a quiet and romantic junior suite room. The other rooms are romantic and quiet as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not. But if you need, tell us and we will equip your room with a portable air conditioning machine.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At "Piazzale Roma".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

  In front of the hotel.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
