• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Room price includes continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled upon check-out.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have both quiet, private, romantic rooms.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have. This is a non-smoking bed & breakfast.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have a Colour TV with Satellite reception.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms and it is seasonal and included in the room price.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking Garage is in "Piazzale Roma", we grant a discount to Clients Parking at "Garage San Marco"
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma or "Marco Polo" airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice Airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice "Santa Lucia".
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Nearest Gondola Station is at "Piazzale Roma" (one minute walk).
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Nearest Vaporetto Station is "Piazzale Roma" (two minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Nearest Water Taxi Station is at "Piazzale Roma" (one minute walk).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we can suggest you many restaurants close to the Property.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
