A great location close to all transport facilities. Hosts, Daniel & Nick are fantastic and give great advice and guidance for the locale. It's quiet yet within walking distance to all the major tourist destinations. Highly recommended. A wonderful B & B.

Great public transport location and Marinella is easy to locate and access. However we did not know that the bridges were stepped therefore keep baggage light and easy to manage. Marinella is a wonderful location and very welcoming.

The added benefit of being in a wonderful quiet location, within walking distance of the tourist hub, yet far enough away to enjoy the sense of authenticity.

It is away from the busiest parts of the city, but from our point of view this was not a proble. Also, even though it's close to the train and bus terminals (3-4 minutes walk), it's far enough away from them not to be affected at all by noise.

We did have to ask more than once to find the hotel. It would be helpful to tell guests that there are 4 bridges to cross if you are walking from the train station.

Noise COULD be a factor for some people--other guests stomping up the stairs, speaking loudly later in the evening. It didn't bother us. The site is very quiet--no street noise.

We thought the manager was VERY helpful. He gave us a map and outlined a good walking route to the main tourist sites. We still got lost a couple of times, of course!

I can't remember whether you stated on the website that you can eat breakfast outside--that was very pleasant.

I would say it was clean, the little outdoor patio was handy for a bit of extra space (my sister and husband met us in Venice and we sat outside to chat in the late afternoon). I would say the breakfast was good but of limited variety when you stay a few days.
I thought the staff was really excellent.

The man was extremely helpful and talked with us for several minutes about things to do and how to get there. He was extremely polite.

The breakfast staff was also very courteous and we enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast each morning outside. The food options were delicious.
