 Breakfast: You can enjoy your first meal of the day in the cosy breakfast room located on the ground floor of the B&B or in the intimacy of your room (extra charge).
You will find a rich selection of cereals, jams, fruit, croissants, juices and hot drinks. |
 Staff: Locanda Matir is owned and managed by Mrs Antonella and her staff. Kind and polite they will be always glad to help you with suggestions and information about the city (Venice is an "enchanting labyrinth"...ask for a map and some suggestions before venturing in its narrow paths!). At the reception you will find also several leaflets about shows, exhibitions and events taking place.

| Locanda Matir is located very close to Campo Santa Margherita in "Dorsoduro" area. It is a very lively quarter full of cafés and colourful shops. We suggest our guests to enjoy an aperitif before the sunset in the enchanting square of Campo Santa Margherita...you will see that the last sun-kissed are the most desired! This part of Venice is renowned also for "Cŕ Foscari" University. Within walking distance there are the "Scuola Grande dei Carmini", Accademia Gallery and S.Rocco Church. Rialto, St. Mark's Square and all the treasures of Venice can be easily reached in a 10 min. water-bus ride. |
