• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 11pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when You prefer: on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception 4 languages are spoken: italian, english, spanish and portuguese, + few words of french and german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The inn takes two floors of the building, and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are all very quiet; some of them are also particularly private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms have no terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One room only has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are provided with satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are provided with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are provided with air conditioning; there is no extra charge for it; it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do not have an Internet/E-mail Point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no Swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is no parking or garage available, just as long as cars can not be driven in Venice.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the "Marco Polo Airport", in Tessera.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have no pickup or shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola Station is S.Marcuola, only one minute away from the inn: from there just walk straight, turn right and cross the "Ponte Storto" bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is S.Marcuola, only one minute away from the inn: from there just walk straight, turn right and cross the "Ponte Storto" bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi station is S.Marcuola, only one minute away from the inn: from there just walk straight, turn right and cross the "Ponte Storto" bridge.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Ther is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets may be welcome, but only on request.

  You can connect Your modem to surf the internet from Your room.
