 Our Hotel has one hundred windows looking on the Lagoon: an incomparable view on the entire basin of San Marco and on the island of San Giorgio. We are just a few steps from Piazza San Marco, along the Riva degli Schiavoni walk: right in the heart of the city, with its luxury shops, its museums, its churches, its palaces and all the minor Venice, in front of the stop of the public vaporetto of San Zaccaria. We may be easily reached from the Marco Polo airport, from the train station of Santa Lucia, from Tronchetto or from Piazzale Roma for those that arrive by car. Hotel private landing stage just in front easy access to the hotel. For those Guests arriving by car, we suggest to park at Piazzale Roma (road end) and take
either private transportation or a public one. |

By Plane: The Marco Polo international airport is at Tessera within the Venetian hinterland. Hotel Londra Palace may be reached with a taxi motorboat, a 25 minute trip which will take you directly in front of the Hotel - or you can take the shuttle at the airport, and in approximately 55 minutes you'll reach us. The shuttle stops in Piazza San Marco, two bridges and five minutes from the Hotel, by foot. The airport is well served with porters, but it is not the same arriving in Piazza San Marco.
By Train: The Santa Lucia train station is situated just about one and a half kilometers from the Hotel, at the end of Canal Grande. The Hotel may be reached either by a taxi motorboat, a 15 minute trip that takes you right in front of the Hotel - or by public vaporetto. The stop for the Hotel is San Zaccaria; depending on the vaporetto number, there may be a bridge to pass. For those who have a lot of luggage we suggest to take a taxi.
By Car: One of the two covered parking lots in Venice is on the Tronchetto Island. Right at the end of Ponte Della Libertà, the bridge that connects Venice to the hinterland, at the stoplight you must take a right turn and follow the indications for Tronchetto. The Hotel is approximately two kilometres away and may be reached with a taxi motorboat, a 20 minute trip that takes you right in front of the Hotel - or you can take the public vaporetto number 82. The other parking lot, San Marco, is in Piazzale Roma. Instead of turning right at the stoplight, you must stay on the road and continue straight. It is suggested that you take a taxi motorboat, or the public vaporetto, the stop for the Hotel is San Zaccaria; depending on the vaporetto number, there may be a bridge to pass. For those who have a lot of luggage we suggest to take a taxi. |
