• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night, including breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it's a continental breakfast (buffet).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Enghish, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Even if we are in a central areas we are in a quiet position.On the upper floor we have two rooms with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  On the upper floor there a two rooms doated with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All the rooms have TV sat, Pay tv and telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the Hotel, but in Venice there are municipal swimmig-pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the Hotel, of course, in Venice there are not cars, but there are parking areas and garages before entering in Venice: At "tronchetto" island and in Piazzale Roma. The Hotel has a special convention with the garage "San Marco" (20% discount on the daily rate).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In "Piazzale Roma"(bus and car terminal) before entering in Venice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  1 hour by public-boat (20 minutes by a private taxi).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  30 minutes by public-boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  50 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  50 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  50 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
