 The apartment La Madoneta is located only 5 minutes walking from San Marco Square in a typical and beautiful Venetian area, only 2 minutes walking from the famous campo Santa Maria Formosa, only 5 minutes walking from from Rialto bridge.
Important to know:
- Four days before your arrival (weekdays - from Monday to Saturday, from 9.00 to 18.00) please contact our office by phone or e-mail, to inform the office of your planned arrival time in Venice and to obtain the final details about your welcome at the apartment.
- Withour the check-in time, the property will not be responsible for any eventual delays or failure to collect you: the apartments do not have a reception (like hotels do) and the welcome must therefore be organised in advace. At the agreed time an employee will wait for the guest at the public transport station that is closest to the apartment, to hand over the keys and also to supply useful information about the apartment itself.
- All late arrivals, after 30 minutes from the scheduled arrival time, shall be counted as a new check-in at an extra cost.
- In order to make the arrival easier the guest is asked to supply details of their transport (by fax or e-mail), as well as flight number, train details or planned arrival time in their car. This way the staff will be able to advise you of the best way to get to the apartment or the reception office. |

You can may the private watertaxi (cost approx. euros 90) or you may take the bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma(cost 3 euros per person)and when you are in Piazzale Roma you may take public waterbus line number 51 for stop "San Zaccaria" (euros 3 per person). Our representative will wait for you at the waterbus stop called "San Zaccaria".
From Treviso Airport:
You may take the bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma. It take 50 minutes and the cost is euros 4.50 per person. When you get in Piazzale Roma in Venice you may take public waterbus line n.51 and you get off at the waterbus stop called "San Zaccaria". Our representative will wait for you at the waterbus stop called "San Zaccaria".
From Piazzale Roma:
You may take public waterbus line n.51 and you get off at the waterbus stop called "San Zaccaria". Our representative will wait for you at the waterbus stop called "San Zaccaria".
