  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  There are three floors served by two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the junior suites facing the Canal Grande, most with balcony are very romantic.

  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the junior suites do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have Satellite TV.

  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma, easily reachable by waterbus.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo (VCE).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Gondolas are just across the Canal Grande.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Waterbus line nbr. 1 stop "Sant'Angelo" just besides the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The watertaxi can stop right outside the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
