• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors - no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning during the warmer months and heating during the winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is the municipal swimming pool at about 15 minutes from the pension.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport, in Mestre or in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  50 minutes by public water-bus - 30 minutes by private aircraft-taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  30 minutes by public water-bus, 15 minutes by private aircraft-taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  At "Accademia", 5 minutes walk from the pension.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Is 5 minutes walk from the pension, "Accademia" stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  On request at the Hotel jetty.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, our restaurant it is near St. Mark "Da Raffaele".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
