• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: any time.
  Check-out: before 12.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included. We serve a hot buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can seattle the bill also on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very quite and furnished with venetian fabrics, murano chandeliers, and venetian marble walls.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the two rooms with view on the Grand Canal have a terrace. Other rooms have windows on the venetian streets.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The rooms have satelite tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondaola Station is Riva del Vin, just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop is San Silvestro or Rialto few minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The taxies arrive infront of the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
