  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  Yes, if you prefer.

  The building has 3 floors, without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet, private and romantic rooms are the Themed Rooms (5 in total).

  Suite has private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Sala dei Mori (Themed room) has a balcony.

  Yes, we have.

  Nearest Gondola Station is in Salute (20 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Salute - vaporetto n. 1 (50 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Only 30 mt. far from the hotel.

  Steam in the Shower in some rooms.
