our bags were deliveered to our room, the receptionist showed us to our room which was nice

we had a problem with a noisy air conditioning unit but we were able to change room and were given a discount so that was fine

the church bells do not ring in the night, great bonus. Very quiet even though close to St Marks

Our only complaint was that the bed was very hard - like sleeping on the floor - had to sleep on top of the duvet (did not help that much). Otherwise, the visit at Ca Maria Adele was really great!

The staff went the extra mile in setting up transportation (car & water taxi) from our cruise ship to the hotel and also to the airport.

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful staff. The balcony on 3rd floor was a great place to drink a glass of wine in the evening and relax.

a lovely small boutique hotel in a great part of venice. very intimate environment and friendly staff. we would stay at ca maria adele again.
