We found the hotel very clean, quiet and the location ideal. The staff were very polite & helpful. Perhaps it could be a good idea for the hotel to put up a notice concerning the gondola prices as we were ripped off!! (we should have asked at the hotel first )

The staff very kindly let us leave our luggage all day so that we could visit without having to carry it round. Very much appreciated!

Room 9: clean, quiet, comfortable & good value for money. It is not too expensive when comparing to other Venice hotels. The AC was very much appreciated. Don't leave the windows open as there were mosquitos (unless you want an extra souvenir of Venice!)

It is a great boutique hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. There is no elevator, but the hotel only has two floors, so it's not much of a problem. Rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate. Excellent location, very close to train station. I would definitely recommend it!

Some of the rooms had thin walls and we could hear much of what was occuring in the next room over.

They were very courteous and allowed us to keep our bags there all day after we checked out!

I was pleased by the attentiveness of the staff both thru on-line correspondance and in person. The inn was clean and welcoming and breakfast far better than others in Italy. I would recommend this hotel to others and have already recommended worldby.com to others.

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived very early and already could get the room. It made for a wonderful start.

The staff again was extremely helpful. Our train left very late and the staff took care of our luggage and even offered us that we could stay in a common area till we needed to leave late at night. They really try to make the customer happy.
