• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?

• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV in the rooms in the Main House, and the Junior Suites.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is direct dial telephone only in the rooms in the Main House, and the Junior Suites.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only the rooms in the Main House and the Junior Suites are air conditioned.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The Junior Suites all have a data port.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is the municipal swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 40 minutes by public transport - 20 minutes by private aircraft-taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 10 minutes by private taxi - 25 minutes by public transport.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  20 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  100 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Nearest water taxi station is "Salute" 20 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes with regional cousine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
