• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, Japanese and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some with a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes Seasonal and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the car terminal Piazzale Roma at half an hour from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport at Tessera-Venice. It may be reached in 1 hour by shuttle boat and 30 minutes by taxi boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. We address to a private company.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia in Venice. 20 minutes by waterbus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is San Zaccaria, at 5 min. walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  S. Zaccaria 5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxis can come directly to the hotel as we have the water entrance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. The Restaurant MET with a nice garden in summer and a very evocative ambience in winter.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
