  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room.

  Our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not. Our guests are required to pay on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and 6 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very romantic, especially those with Grand Canal view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.

  Through our Concierge.

  No, we do not but the Alilaguna red line stops very close to the hotel.

  Santa Lucia railway station (1,5 km).

  There is a Gondula Station at our dock.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest waterbus station is 10 meters far from us (Valleresso stop).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboats station is on the hotel's doorstep (10 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.

  Yes, the Grand Canal Restaurant, with Terrace.
