• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The balance will have to be paid at 2 days before the arrival and the apartment Il Mondo Nuovo will charge the balance on the credit card of guest.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located on 2nd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment Il Mondo Nuovo is located in a quiet and romantic area of Venice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the apartment Il Mondo Nuovo does not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the apartment Il Mondo Nuovo does not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment Il Mondo Nuovo is non smoking.

  At 20 minutes walking from the apartment Il Mondo Nuovo there is a swimming pool which is open from 9.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. every day.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  The apartment Il Mondo Nuovo is situated at 20 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma. Guests just have to ask information to the staff who will be glad to help you to find the best accommodation for your cars.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The apartment Il Mondo Nuovo is situated at 50 minutes by public transport from the International Venice Marco Polo airport and is situated at 70 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The apartment Il Mondo Nuovo does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to apartment Il Mondo Nuovo.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the apartment Il Mondo Nuovo has an equipped kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
