• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are quiet and in classic style for a romantic sejour.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Venitian one view campiello or typical Calle.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We are a no smoking hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have television, but not satellite for the moment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with fan, apart form Superior rooms and Annex that have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  We are 2 minutes walking from San Marco square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Arsenale water bus, 200 meters with no bridges to cross.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Arsenale at 200 meters far with no bridges to cross.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but it is very close.
• Are pets welcome?
  No unfortunately.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but we can suggest some very typical Venitian restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the moment.
