The Suite:
we dispose of a comfortable 35 sqm double room (no smoker), marine style, equipped with minibar, air conditioning, safe, tv-sat, cd player, hairdryer, coffee-boiler. The contiguous bathroom, with hydro-jet shower box, is at exclusive use. Private access.There are no cooking facilities.

An elevator and few steps will lead you at the fourth floor. The suite has a 50 sqm fournished terrace overlooking Saint Mark's Lagon and from here you can enjoy a splendid view, feeling to be on the upperdeck of a yacht. Accommodation on bed and breakfast basis.

Residence:
the 45sqm apartment is composed of a double room (no smoker), two comfortable sofa beds, a equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with showerbox.The apartment at ground floor is surrounded by a green court with sitting group for exclusive use.

The facilities include airconditioning,washing machine, sat-tv, safe, hairdryer, coffe-boiler. Linen and towels change is provided every 4 days; cleaning service once a week.

Apartment for up to 4 people Lagoon View:
(90 m²), second floor, splendid lagoon view, composed by: entrance, double room (queen size bed), room with two single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 guests bathroom, kitchen, living-room.

Apartment for 5 People:
Composed of a double bedrom, a single bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and garden.
