  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per day per room/apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast is included in the Bed & Breakfast accomodation (only for the suite). Continental breakfast with room/terrace service: bread, butter, jam, marmelade, coffe/tea, orange juice, eggs, cheese, brioches.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Sure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are four floor and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    They are all provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes,they have a roof garden terrace or a courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a satellite tv set.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is only an internal connection.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All the rooms are airconditioned without any charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Only in the apartments.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a pubblic swimming pool opened daily.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Pubblic parking is always available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the airport or in Piazzale Roma.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice(Marco Polo International Airport)
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    There is a pubblic shuttle service to Lido island every 30 minutes.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Venice Santa Lucia railway station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    It takes 15 minutes to reach a gondula station (city center).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    It is a 5 minutes walk to the Lido pier (S.M.Elisabetta).
    It is possible to get a private taxi car or a pubblic bus (A line) and get off at the first stop.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    5 minutes walk.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Sorry, no.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry, no.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No,but there are several restaurants in the surroundings.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Not yet.
