Our stay was enjoyable. We feel That Oasis B & B Residence is in a great location, we felt secure at all times, it is in a lovely quiet residential area over looking the lagoon. We loved our daily walks to the beach shops & resturants. Great that you are only a boat ride away from Venice.
We would hihly recommend to a family with children. Our childrens ages (14, 12 & 7 ) They loved their time in Lido.

Robert & Family were very helpful. We checked out at 10am but because Our flights were late in the evening they looked after our cases in the reception area.
Anytime we needed help with use of facilities, directions etc they gave 100% service, nothing was too much trouble.

We feel you need more photos of the apartments and to actually list each individual apartment with photos, so that way you will know what the apartmant looks like that you are choosing.

Great Location For Beach, Shops Resturants & Transport - Nice Clean, Comfortable Accomadation - Lovely Views From Lagoon - Great That Your Near Venice, Great Service Provided By Reception Owners & Staff. Transport ( Water Boats (Buses) were always available. 10 min walk from water bus - Oasis Residence. ( Better to walk then wait for bus or use expensive taxi) Lovely walk along the lagoon.

The owner is possibly one of the nicest persons we came accross. We were delayed on arrival and she offered to pick us up by car at early hours of themorning from Lido harbour. Not sure she will do this again but.. . she did it for us which is what counts!! lovely place, great views. recommended!

we had a wonderful stay and the owner of the residence was extremely helpful when we needed it. Our luggage was not on the airplane when we arrived and we received so much help from the owner. (I have regrettful forgotten her name, maybe Katerina)

Oasis B and B is definitely a respit from the hustle and bustle of Venice. the village is lovely and the views from our room were unsurpassed. We hope to come back.

Re. your web site intructions below;
Get off at Lido S.M.Elisabetta pear. Then ask for a private taxi car or ask for public bus to San Nicolò (A line) and get off at the first stop. If you like is just a 5 minutes walk from Lido pier to the B&B Oasis.
We took a taxi as it was getting late, we were charged 10 euros for a 2 minute drive, had it been clearer that we just had to turn left when getting off at the S.M.Elisabetta peer we would haved walked.
Bus service seemed spotty as we only saw 2 busses during our 2 day stay. Walking along the lagoon is definitely the best option, unless you have many pieces of luggage...
You may want to modify this part of your intructions.

The fantastic view from the yacht inspired bedroom and the very large terrasse was breath-taking. It was a pleasure to have a glass of proseco and watch all the boats go by and the sun set over Venezia. When we showed our pictures of B&B Oasis, absolutely everyone was envious of such a magical setting. As my wife and I are from Montreal, Canada I will just say a few French words. Le B&B Oasis est vraiment un endroit magique, avec une vue sur Venise qui est exceptionnelle. Le trajet de 15 minutes par vaporetto vaut le coup et vous êtes à 10 minutes de marche de la plage immortalisée dans le film Mort à Venise.

The landlady was lovely and let us keep our luggage in a room as we had to check out at 10.00 a.m., and wasn't leaving the islands until 5.30.

Fantastic place to stay - it was a perfect base for our entire stay in venice. Easy enough to pop over the water into venice, yet if you wanted to escape all the crowds the lido was the perfect place to relax.

Directions confused by wording 'shoulders towards lagoon'. words 'facing' would have been clearer to Americans. Accommodations were great - hosts were fantastic and helpful in all regards. Loved Lido, will stay there again on next trip to Venice. Only downside was extreme mosquito problem - repellant should be recommended.

Mosquitos - bring repellant. If walking from ferry, be warned of very uneven sidewalks. Lido was very quiet and safe, yet only a 20 minute ride by convenient ferry.

Private, quiet and safe, these apartments were more than adequate, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds. The White & Green Garden Apartments were perfect for our family of six. A short walk to the ferry and shop/restaurant area, perfect for bicycling and only three minutes from the beach. We much preferred staying on Lido rather than Venice. The best of both worlds.

The terras room of this B&B showed that owners love their property. Lots of warm details in the room. Whenever visiting Venice we would book this B&B again.

Although described as a studio apartment and cooking facilites were in the top floor accomodation you were not allowed to cook.
The sofa bed in the garden room is very uncomfortable and needs replacing.

The property was very comfortable, clean and worth the price. The area is very nice. Beach and shopping are close by and very convenient to the transportation hub.

To clarify - If you travel to Lido on the Ferry (which carries cars) then once you leave the boat make a right. If you take the vaporetto or bus-boat once you come off the boat you will make a left.

Emphasise that a full continental breakfast is included, much more substantial than typical Italian breakfast. It included yoghurt, eggs,cheese, meat and croissants and is served on the balcony.

This place has a huge deck, beautiful bedroom with glass windows as walls, a kitchette and big bathroom. Breakfast was served in our room every morning. The view from the deck was awesome. I can't wait to go back.

This was one of the few times that an accomodation actually lived up to what was on the website. The apartment was quite nice and a good place to relax. The location was a nice break from Venice and there were several nice restaurants nearby. The apartment was fully equipped with dishes, etc and there were a couple of markets within easy walking distance. Transportation to Venice was convenient with the boats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful view of Venice from our suite and enjoyed the easy access to the main tourist sites via the water taxis. One evening we had a lovely dinner on the Lido and then jumped to Venice for a quick look round S. Marco plaza. It was ten minutes away and visible in its glory the entire way. We experienced what we expected - a slightly adventurous journey to this quiet, out of the way B & B, with the reward of cleanliness and beauty.

The Oasis B & B was a perfect ending to the Italian section of our trip. Venice is lovely and the Oasis, out on the Lido, proved to be a good location - very quiet and beautiful.

one night we woke up when they had a terrible fight in the apartment above, they were screaming hysterical.
The bedsofa was horrible to sleep in, for the kids it was ok but for an adult it´s not possible, you sleep like a V if you can fall a sleep at all:-(

The accommodation came with a kitchenette which was our main reason for booking. Having been to Venice many times before we had planned this time to eat in a couple of nights. However, on arrival we found it was 'by law' not allowed to cook/use the hob facilities. There was a kettle but no cups, no cutlery, thought at least there might have been tea/coffee making facilties for the price. Was disappointed to find we would still have to go out to dinner every night. Having said that, the view from the patio and the comfort of so much more space (in comparison to general hotel rooms in Venice) was what you paid for and was well worth it. It is not every morning you can wake up to find a cruise liner gliding past your bedroom window!

The roof-top suite is ideal for a relaxing holiday if you want to sun bathe, perfect sun trap. Fantastic views, very private, very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great location - looking over the lagoon to St. Mark's, 10 minutes walking distance to boat bus terminal along a lovely promenade, can come & go as you please, nobody to bother you. Would most definitely return.

We relied on the directions that a previous customer had submitted. Its a very short walk if you turn left off the vaporetto.

In booking the Green Garden it gave the impression that it would be a nice place to spend time relaxing in the garden however because the trees surrounding it are so high there is no sunshine at all and in fact it causes the apartment to be cold and dark. It was not even possible to dry towels outside they stayed damp for days. Also consequently loads of mosquitos so not a place to hang around.
The location was perfect and the island is brilliant. I would have preferred to stay in the apartment on the roof but it was not available (although I never saw any activity there during our stay).

Check out was simple but I was surprised that I didnt get asked if I had enjoyed my stay. It was a very formal check out.

We enjoyed our 5 minute walk to/from the vaporetto stop each day. The view from the rooftop,room was most enjoyable from the large windows and deck. The Room was clean, efficiently laid out in nautical style, and anticipated our every need. A wonderful breakfast was brought to our room each morning, where we ate while evjoying the view and the morning sun. Our stay at the Oasis B&B was splendid. We would absolutely reccommend it.

We arrived early and the person welcoming us did not speak English. As a result, we were not shown all the features in the flat, such as the CD player, which we would have liked to use but were unaware of its presence. We should not have arrived before the time specified!

The lounge was a little stark. We would normally have eaten and relaxed outside, but the weather was cool and we stayed indoors when we were at the flat.

Description was fair and accurate. Perhaps the information pack in the residence could have included a little more about recommended restaurants and where the best beaches were.

The hotel was the perfect balance of being by the beach and just a short walk from the main shopping street and also being within easy reach of Venice itself. The residence is well equipped amd the garden is beautiful secluded. There was a little noise from surrounding properties but nothing that disturbed us too greatly.
