• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 1:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before midday
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the first floor without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are open to the Tolentini church's garden or in other cases to our gothic court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms are very light. As soon as possible our court will have chairs for appreciate venetian atmosphere in a original gothic court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in "Piazzale Roma", the nearest car terminal. It's five minutes on foot from Palazzo Odoni.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we haven't because the two bus lines start every twenty minutes to Venice "Piazzale Roma".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice "Santa Lucia" railway station is at 8 minutes on foot from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are two Gondula Station near our hotel, "San Toma" and "Santa Lucia". Both are at five minutes on foot from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The two nearest Vaporetto stops are "San Toma" and "Piazzale Roma". They are at 5 minutes on foot from here.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Piazzale Roma station is at 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there's the bar that can prepare snacks and sandwiches.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
