the hotel is slightly further out of town than expected, the owner tends to economise on airconditioning and turns it off at night, also the hotel faces a busy roadway and gets noisy at night

They did not clean our room after the first night
...
We were having a hard time finding a hotel in or near Venice so I was relieved to find this one but it was at the end of Lido Island so a bus must be taken to get to town. The bus stop however was right outside the hotel and it ran quite regularly. There were no Elevators and we were on the 3rd floor which was alright for us since we limited the luggage we brought there but the other couple with us was older and we helped them bring the luggage up as there was only the clerk available when we checked in.

It was a less expensive hotel in a quiet end of Lido Island.
