  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our rates are per room per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, buffet brekafast is included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Usually the bill is settle on check-out, but if you prefer to do it before is not a problem for us.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 3 floors and there is no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    On request rooms with view on a typical Venetian canal with gondolas or very quiet rooms on our private courtyard side.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Our hotel is a non smoking hotel. All rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all rooms have satellite TV, telephone and modem.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are furnished with air conditioning, no extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, at the reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Discount coupon available for Garage San Marco.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Main International Car Rentals are located at Piazzale Roma, Venice Car Terminal.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice Airport is located at about 1 hour from Venice city centre. Airport link available in connection with main scheduled flights.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Venice Railway Station is located at about 30 minutes from the property and you can reach it by public waterbuses or private water taxi.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    On the opposite side of the canal (1 minute walking from the property).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    San Marco taxi station is at 3 minutes from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    We can make reservation for water taxi leaving from the Locanda as we have a water door.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, small pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No. But we will be happy to assist you in suggesting our favotite restaurants.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, we have modem connection in the rooms.
