• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and there is the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have romantic rooms with a view on the Gran Canal and Rialto bridge and also quite rooms with a view in calle.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have big windows:Hotel has two wonderfull balconies overlooking Gran Canal and Rialto bridge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Telephone with direct external line and satellite colour television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Individually controlled air conditioning, is included in the daily rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  If somebody needs to use internet can use our computer behind the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are the municipal swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  If you park your car at S. Marco parking in Piazzale Roma, we'll give you the 10%off to the official rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  From our front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport: by private taxy is about 30 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize it but it is an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia station is About 10 minutes with public boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Just around the corner.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  At 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Right downstair.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Some our rooms have private Jacuzzi bath; upon appointment we book a massause to come in the Hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but in Venice there are a lot of Restaurant all around.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
