• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if needed.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors with 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have "romantic" and "up-to-date technology applied to contemporary/modern" rooms!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only a very few do have terrace, and some are overlooking a courtyard too.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only a few.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have LCD TV + satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are fully air conditioned at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, parking is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Concierge/reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo - Tessera.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On demand we can organise private transfers with English speaking escorter.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The hotel is reachable by either private water taxi and by gondola as well.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Rialto or San Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The hotel features a private peer for water taxis and gondolas.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, an exclusive and unique fitness center with outside views of Venice enriched with Turkish-bath, sauna, Jacuzzi and massage areas.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all room have direct Internet access.
