  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm until 8.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not served but we can provide the guests with a breakfast basket upon extra charge.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors and there is no lift. The apartment is situated on the second floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, the building does have an internal courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, the building does have a small balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all the premises are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat/Tv.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, but the use is not included in the price.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a spacious living room with a table which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not have but there is an Internet Point nearby.
    If you have a laptop you can surf the Internet.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not but the municipal swimming pool is situated 10 min walking distance from us.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, parking is not available. Our guests can park their car at "Tronchetto" or Piazzale Roma and then reach our property by waterbus.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Piazzale Roma.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice "Marco Polo" airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    "Santa Lucia" railway station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The nearest Gondula Station is "S. Tomà", 8 min walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest "Vaporetto" station is "Cà Rezzonico", 5 min walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station is "Cà Rezzonico", 5 min walking distance.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not but there is a private fitness centre with sauna and gym few metres far from us.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but on request we can organize special dinners for our guests only.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can (extra charge depending on usage).
