• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per day per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We have a buffet breakfast, with cheese and ham etc., and it is offered to all our guests.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Swedish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors and a spacious elevator for 4 persons.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms we have are sound proof, so very quiet and also romantic. Our top romantic choice is the 2 floor suite, overlooking the Venetian roofs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms have sound proof windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just one suite has small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms of the hotel are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have telephone with direct dialling and fast connection to internet.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning alredy included in the rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have no pubblic internet point in the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with "Garage San Marco" in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have the possibility to rent for you a car, available in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have no pick up service from the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest gondola station is in San Marco Square; it take just 4 minuts walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is in Rialto and it is no more than 100 meters far away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Taxi station is in Rialto Bridge and it is no more than 100 meters far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we have no fitness center in our property.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept just small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have an excellent agreement with 2 restaurants near by.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Every guest have a fast connection available, free of charge.
