• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from Midday.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.

  Our rates are per room per night and include continental breakfast,all tax and services.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace, but big beautiful balconies.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite tv is available in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are telephones with direct dialling in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for this service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major rental companies are in Venice.
  We will be happy to organise this service for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Venice is called MARCO POLO and its airport code is VCE.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not yet.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Venice is called Santa Lucia and it is located 10 minutes from our inn.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is in front of our inn.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Stations are Cà d'Oro and Rialto (5 minutes by walking).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The private water taxi can pick-up/drop-off directly from our inn.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we have not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are very welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. All our rooms have Adsl-line.
