• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included and it is composed of warm drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), croissants, several kinds of joghurt, fruit juices, bread and so on.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Palazzo Vitturi is situated on the second floor "noble floor", Unfortunately we have no elevator but we have service for people with disabilities.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Of course! We have some superior rooms with balcony overlooking the "Campo Santa Maria Formosa", very nice and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms overlooking a private and typical Venetian courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have one superior and one junior suite room with balcony and great view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Hotel Palazzo Vitturi has non smoking bedrooms only!
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes! ...just dial number "0".
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditionig with individual room control. No extra charge for this!
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have internet access, otherwise at 100 metres you have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At 10 minutes by waterbus from San Zaccaria (3 minutes walking from our Hotel) there is a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Unfortunately our hotel is located 200 metres from San Marco Square, you should leave your car at Piazzale Roma, the Venetian parking area (10 minutes by waterbus with number 82).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma, just ask information to the staff who will be glad to help to find the best accomodation for your cars.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Alilaguna, it takes 1 hr.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Just outside our hotel you will find a gondoliere.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Rialto or San Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The closest canal is less than 50 metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the hotel.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants in the area around the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
