- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, our rich continental breakfast buffet is included, as well as all taxes and car parking. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. It is your choice if you prefer to settle the bill when you arrive or when you are leaving. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Three floors, no lift, only stairs. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are quiet as the hotel is situated in a big and green lushy palm garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
We, have no patios or direct-garden-access rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, but only in some Superior rooms and on request. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
The entire Villa delle Palme is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is in all rooms and is free of charge. You can adjust your own temperature and speed or turn it off. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, in the lobby. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We do not have a swimming pool, because we are just 5 minutes walking from the beach. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes. You can park in the garden that surrounds the Villa. Our night staff locks the gates and is on duty all night too. - Where can we rent a car?
At Venice Airport, in Mestre or in Piazzale Roma. Ask Reception for assistance. - Which is the nearest airport?
Venice "Marco Polo" airport (VCE), 50 minutes by public waterbus - 30 minutes by private water-taxi. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Venezia St.Lucia, 30 minutes by public waterbus - 15 minutes by private water-taxi. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
St.Maria del Giglio, 15 minutes by public water-bus. The best gondolas on the Grand Canal. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
We are located 300 mt from the Vaporetto terminal from/to St. Marks' Square. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
We are located 300 mt from the taxi terminal. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, because we know our guests want to try something new every day. We are just a few minutes walk from loads of pizzerias, trattorias and restaurants. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, direct dial telephone and an ADSL socket for Internet use are provided in all rooms. Very modest charges apply.
