• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm.
  Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Absolutely! we have a very nice buffet waiting for you in the morning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The floors are 4, and yes, we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Absolutely!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One has a big terrace, others (but not all) have a little balcony overlooking the grand Canal or the Rio Nuovo.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes wall rooms have a Sat TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we have the air conditioning in every room, with private control for the temperature. We do not ask any charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, with fast connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we are the only hotel in Venice with a private parking place for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the other side of the Piazzale Roma, just 100 meters from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest is 100 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The Vaporetto is just outside the hotel. Our stop is called Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Just in front of the door.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
