• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel is developped on second, third and fourth floors. You can reach the second floor by small elevator for luggage, but between the second and the fourth floors there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a colour TV (no satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every rooms have seasonal air conditioning. There is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but on the Lido Island there is a municipal swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our guests can arrange a car rental with our concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport is 1 hours by shuttle boat and 30 minutes by water taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is S.Lucia and it is 20 minutes far from the Hotel by vaporetto.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Stations is 5 minutes walking from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "vaporetto" stop is Sant'Angelo, 5 minutes from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxis on request arrive 50 meters far from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but we have good agreements with some restaurant in the nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
