There is no charge if the reservation is cancelled 20 days before the arrival afterwards the total amount will be charged in case of cancellation. The guest house has no reception service. Please, in order to organize the reception it is necessary specify when and how you will arrive (car, train or airplane - Venice or Treviso airport). You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 480 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
