The owner was so elegant and gracious. Diffently, will suggest other travelers stay there. ... Very elegant, lovely residence. close to everything but yet on a very quiet walk way. You almost feel like your a resident of Venice instead of a tourist.

Not entirely there fault . . . they gave us phoning info but I had difficulty with the payphones but finally figured them out ... A real jewel ... A little tricky to find, far enough off the main thoroughfare and water bus stop to be quiet but close enough to enjoy and experience

Ponte Chiodo is well located in a local neighbourhood. The room was as described, furnished in traditional style, bathroom clean and newly fitted. The property is professionally run and provides internet access. Only problems encountered were the pillows and the faulty in-room fridge which switched to heat, cooking our antipasto planned for evening drinks in the garden. The building works in the canal outside were an additional though noisy entertainment. ... A charming oasis in Venice, providing an experience of local living, with helpful staff. The garden and welcoming atmosphere provide opportunities to meet other travellers.

The quarter was very quiet, far enough and not to far from tourist high-ways, very near to good restaurants of good prices on the side of lovely 'Canaletti'. It was a pleasant surprise to get our breakfast in a green and really pretty garden.

Free internet access was fabulous and much appreciated. ... Oasis in the midst of so many people. Fabulous location - easy access to vaporetto and tons of restaurants and stores within minutes. Courtyard made socializing with other travelers easy and provided place to just chill.

A charming B&B, nice, quiet location, convenient to both north and south water-bus lines. Small garden view room was minimally furnished, but very adequate, en-suite bath was very nice. We had to leave before breakfast, but it was offered. This was a good value in Venice.

The room was nice with a charming character, quite large and clean. It also had a beautiful view to the canal. We had breakfast in a quiet, green garden with abloomed oleander. The hotel-owner gave me some very good tips for restaurants in the area. I enjoyed my stay very much. ... I would recommend it as an enjoyable possiblity for a stay in Venice, off the crowded places in Venice but nevertheless all interesting points of the city can be reached easily. Cannareggio is a very nice area in Venice. The accomodation is easy to reach from the airport with Alilaguna (boat transport).

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The B&B is very nice, in a quiet part of town away from the tourist rush, and has the huge added benefit of a garden where we took breakfast.
We would stay there again.
