• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Arrivals and departures can at times be arranged for different times (with extra charge). Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the balance will have to be paid 2 days before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment Il Ponte di rialto is located on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment Il Ponte di Rialto is located in a quiet and romantic area of Venice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
