• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the price.
  We give to the guest a "voucher" to go just outside in the "pasticceria".
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Sure, you can settle the bill when you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish and a little bit of German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors but we don't have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and some are romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 1 room does have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 1 room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television in all rooms, without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning only in some rooms and there is a little supplement to pay for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the nearest parking is at piazzale Roma where we can offer you a discount of 10/20% only with the Garage San Marco.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport of Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Railway station, 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Marcuola, 2 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Railway station, 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, but you should inform us, at the moment of reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
