By plane:
The international airport Marco Polo is situated in Tessera, 12 Km by car and 10 Km by motor boat from Venezia. It's connected to Venice and to Railway Station of Mestre. From the airport we suggest you to take the public bus ATVO or ACTV (line n.5) to Piazzale Roma. In alternative you can take the Alilaguna until S.Marco but it takes so many time. From San Marco you can take the ACTV'S lines to reach the property: take lines 1 or 82 and get off at San Marcuola stop. From there you can easily reach the property on foot: from San Marcuola waterbus station follow the street straight ahead and turn left and right through the "Calle Seconda del Cristo". At the end turn right again through the "Calle del Cristo". You will find a small square, just in front of you there's a arcade called "Sotoportego del Pegoloto": our entrance.
By train: train Station Venezia S. Lucia. From there you can take the water bus, number 1 or 82 and get off at San Marcuola and from there as above.
By car: coming from the north or the south of Italy, on the highway, take the exit Venezia. From there follow the direction to the city centre and to piazzale Roma. Leave your car at the car park in the square (we have special agreements) and then reach the property with public transport, as above.
