The Il Principe Restaurant features a mixture of local and international specialities from Venetian cuttlefish with polenta to Chateaubriand. The restaurant leads onto a spacious terrace overlooking the Canal and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A popular haunt for local Venetians Il Principe Restaurant requires bookings but all guests of the hotel have a guaranteed table.
