• At what time can we check-in and out?

  The price is per room per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Price includes en-suite continental breakfast.

  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff in Relais Piazza San Marco has a very wide experience in hotel business and speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Relais Piazza San Marco is built on four floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms, 3 of which are Suites with pretty sitting rooms in Seventeen century style, combine appeal and sophistication with modern comforts. All the rooms are quiet and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The exclusive top suite has a roof terrace with a view of Piazza San Marco and the magnificent Basilica, where guests can take breakfast while admiring this unique, spectacular view.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Relais Piazza San Marco has smoking and non smoking bedrooms, guests just have to let us known their preference and we will accomodate them in the rooms they prefer.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All bedrooms have satellite televisions (LCD screens) with several international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telephone with direct dialling (one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are fitted with every form of comfort, such as air conditioning (there is not extra charge and it is not seasonal).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The ground floor hosts and a pretty room for breakfast and free time, with a glass window overlooking the Mercerie, a very old street which has been the heart of the shopping area for centuries.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Relais Piazza San Marco does not have a swimming pool, but at 15 minutes from the hotel there is a swimming pool which is open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Relais Piazza San Marco is situated at 15 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma. You just have to ask for information to the staff who will be glad to help you to find the best accommodation for your cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Relais Piazza San Marco is situated at 15 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma. Guests just have to ask information to the staff who will be glad to help you to rent a car for you.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Relais Piazza San Marco is situated at 40 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Relais Piazza San Marco does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 15 minutes from Relais Piazza San Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 1 minute walking from Relais Piazza San Marco.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms are fitted with fast Internet connection.
