• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is always included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We kindly ask you to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No lift in the building, the maximum is the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Even if the flats are in the centre of Venice they are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The palazzetto has a nice balcony with table and chairs.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, there are not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour Tv in every apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the property but we can provide an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto you can leave your car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several offices in Piazzale Roma and we will be glad to help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport (13km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide the private transfer with watertaxi and assistance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Gondola Station are every where.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  You will be met at the nearest Vaporetto stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  You will be met at the nearest watertaxi stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we kindly ask you to advise us.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
