Alla Salute:
From the airport Marco Polo take the ALILAGUNA waterbus service and get off at "Zattere" or take landbus line 5 to Piazzale roma and the the waterbus to Accademia or Zattere. From rail station or bus station take waterbus line 1 to "Accademia" or line 51 to "Zattere".
Palazzo Benzon:
Take vaporetto number 1 headed towards S. Marco and get off at the stop named S. Angelo. Leaving the vaporetto boat dock, walk straight to the small Campo dell'Alboro. There you will find a small hotel called Hotel dell'Alboro. To the left of the hotel you can see a small canal. At the canal you can only turn right. Walk another 5 meters along this canal to the first bridge. Cross the first bridge and then straight ahead you will then see a second bridge. Continue walking straight ahead and cross that second bridge. (This street called Calle Pesaro.) After having crossed the second bridge, take the first left which is Calle Benzon. All the way down to the last door towards the Grand Canal, on the left you will find address number 3929 where a warm welcome awaits you.
Frezzeria:
Take vaporetto number 1 headed towards S. Marco and get off at the stop named San Marco Calle Vallaresso.
Malvasia:
From the airport Marco Polo take landbus line 5 to Piazzale Roma and then the waterbus line 1 to "S.Maria del Giglio". From rail station or bus station take waterbus line 1 to "S.Maria del Giglio".
Todeschi:
The studio apartment is located just off the Grand Canal. The nearest boat stop is S. Samuele (taking boat # 2) but you can also get off at the Accademia stop (taking boats 1 or 2).
From S. Samuele, all you have to do is follow the main street on the right called Salizada Malipiero, walk down about 1/2 a block until you reach Calle dei Todeschi which you will find on the right. When you turn right, the apartment will be on your right. The address reads number 3097 (Calle dei Todeschi 3097 - S. Samuele).
If you get off at the Accademia stop, cross the bridge and keep walking until you reach Campo S. Stefano. There you will find a newstand. In front of the newstand, there is a long street. This street is called Calle delle Botteghe until you reach an art gallery. On your left, you will find a street called Calle delle Orbe. Turn left there and keep walking until you come to the second right on Calle dei Todeschi. The apartment will then be on your left, address reads 3097. |
