 The Bed & Breakfast is the result of the restoration of a classic house which was one of the meeting places for Venetian and Mediterranean ancient merchants in the past. The building has 3 floors (no elevator, but not so much stairs) and is not in front of the Grand Canal, 2 minutes on foot from the nearest water-bus stop. |
 Immersed in colors and vitality, the B&B Residenza ai Giardini is a perfect combination of the most modern services and the oldest traditions, because the place is the ancient settlement of Greeks, Balkans and Dalmatians. The building and the room show architectural influence of byzantine art and culture and you can rediscover true Venice. |
 Very close to Via Garibladi, an authentic zone where you find a lot of souvenir shops also, Residenza ai Giardini is immersed into a real corner of the past, rich in history and traditions. The B&B Residenza ai Giardini is an excellent position to reach by walking distance easily all the main monuments and trough sea the elegant beaches of Venetian Lido as well the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, S. Giorgio.
