 Main Apartment it is perfect for two couples or a family with children, but it can be suitable for group of friends up to seven people. Recently it has been completely restored, with suspended wooden floors to guarantee a warm atmosphere. There are also air conditioning and de-humidifying system to allow a dry environment during all year. The apartment is composed by an entrance area with there are two single beds; a lounge and dining room where there is a single sofa bed, the TV and a DVD player; two large bed rooms with a modern bathroom and a kitchen area. |
 The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven and grill, a fridge-freezer, toaster, and a kettle. To have always clean dresses and rooms there are an iron and also a vacuum cleaner, which you can find in the twin bedroom. One double room has a king size double bed and the other can be disposed as double or twin room. They are very comfortable thanks their high quality. Both rooms are spacious and have big wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and hair-drier as well as a washing machine. The floor is covered with a contemporary marble mosaic. |
 Studio apartment is the best choice for small family or couples (till 3 people). It is composed by a main lounge room where there is also a very big and useful double sofa bed. In addition, there is a combined wardrobe and Tv with Dvd player. This room also contains an additional single pull-out bed. On the hallway there are two doors: one for the kitchen and the other for the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a vented 4-ring stainless steel cooker including an oven and grill, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle. Iron and vacuum cleaner are at your disposal. The kitchen has a direct acces to the garden where you can have relaxing and private dinner. |
 Ca' Bernardo apartment is located in San Polo square inside the famous Ca' Bernardo Palace a XVI Century historical building. It is about 85 square meters and it has independent and private entrance on the ground floor where there is also a nice little lounge area for reading and relaxing with a window overlooking the canal. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a connecting living room. The two double rooms furnished in Venetian style can also become triple rooms. In the private bathroom you will find the tube and the wash machine. It is perfect for couples but also for families and groups of friends till 6 people. |
