• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  It is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included. But You have a well-equipped kitchen. If You want, we are able to provide You all the necessary for the breakfast on request upon Your confirmation and with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, You can settle the bill upon arrival or at the check out, as You prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No, there is not an elevator. The residence sits on the second and third floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, sure.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, sorry.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, sorry.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each flat there is a Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, sorry.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, the flats are air-conditioned and there is no extra charge. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but next door there is an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but we can suggest a public swimming pool, far 45min walking.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Venice Marco Polo Airport or at the bus terminal Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport. Or, a little bit more distant, Treviso Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but with additional charges and on request upon confirmation. Please, contact us also by phone.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Campo della Fava is the closest gondola station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Rialto.
  From the Rialto stop, take Calle Mazzini, which will be in front of you when you walk off the landing.
  Walk along Calle Mazzini to Campo San Salvador, turn left toward Mercerie 2 Aprile, then right to Calle degli Stagneri, opposite the Benetton Store.
  Cross the bridge at the end of Calle degli Stagneri and you will be in Campo della Fava. The first door on your right by the canal is Ca' Foscolo residence, number 5526.

  No, but we can suggest a public fitness center, far 15 min walking.

  No, but we can suggest some of them, also of different kinds, far 5 min walking.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry.
