Could have done with more detailed directions from Rialto Bridge

We had the 2 bed apartment and there was no views from there

We checked out at 7 am and Patricia was very helpful regarding information on early water bus etc.

A lot of steps (over 50) to reach apartment, so would not be suitable for elderly people, otherwise a fantastic place to stay when in Venice.

Great location, very well equipped, very clean, compfortable and spacious apartment. Staff could not have been nicer, or more helpful.

Entirely good. There were always local people to help with directions to get there if we needed them.

Having been through the back streets of Venice before we did not expect views so were very pleased with the bit of a view of the campanile of St Mark's from 1 window.

Can't recall what's on it but having trawled the site for a flat suitable for 3 I would say this one provided our best combination: very central location , easy access to all main sights/districts, nice not noisy neighbourhood, useful everyday shops nearby, good restaurants, off a pleasant little square with a church containing a Tiepolo or two, a nice canal facing it, a light, reasonably spacious modern and well-appointed flat.

Old flatted townhouse with all its original character and decorative scheme in the public spaces: delightful courtyard with wellhead. Flats in a good if austere modern minimalist style, all white walls, terrazzo floors, and everything worked. A bit more colour and personality in the flat would have been nice but otherwise it was faultless.
