• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night and per persons (because depends how many people stay in the apartment).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must to be pay on arrival by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor (the apartment is on the first floor) and there is not lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, is a very quiet, private and romantic apartment.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, towels and linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there's no terrace and there's no courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balcony but 6 windows in total.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a television only with italian channels and a DVD player.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there's not a telephone in the apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning free of charge and is not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room where you can dine all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there's not e-mail access in the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is only a pubblic swimming pool 20 minutes from the apartment and is open during all the year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are some parkings/garages in Piazzale Roma. You can leave your car in "Garage San Marco"- Piazzale Roma and on your arrival we give you a coupon for a discount of 10/20 %.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma. The name of the company is "International Limousine Service ".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Marco Polo" in Tessera.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have a private transfer from and to the airport but we can reserve a taxi from "San Giorgio Motoscafi" that is a company of private taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Santa Lucia" train station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are 2 Gondola Station very closed to the apartment: Santa Maria del Giglio or Accademy.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station (Public Transport) is Santa Maria del Giglio stop (2 minutes walk from the apartement).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The private water taxi stop just in front the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there's not a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there's not a restaurant in the property but there are many arount the apartment.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there's not internet/WiFi access.
